ID Card Design

We can design professional staff and student ID cards, branded lanyards and colour-coded card holders, helping everyone to be clearly identified as part of your school community.

Cards can include any information you require, including:

• Names and photographs

• Staff roles or departments

• Year groups and tutor groups

• Candidate or student numbers

• Barcodes and QR codes

If staff use their ID cards to access your building and use the photocopiers, put us in touch with your IT department so we can ensure full compatibility with your system.

When the ID cards have been created, we can either send you the files ready to be printed in-house, or we can arrange to have them printed and shipped to your school.

Custom Lanyards and Card Holders

We can design custom lanyards featuring your school’s colours and logo. These can be paired with colour-coded card holders to give your staff or students that professional look. A custom lanyard and card holder will cost approximately £2.30 each, but reduced significantly with increased quantities.

If you take on our Induction Package, where we come in to take photos of your new staff and students, we will offer the ID card service at a reduced rate.
